Ownership resides with Seoul Strategy Node, headquartered in Tokyo 10. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

While our node systems leverage high-signal data, market intelligence is inherently predictive. Seoul Strategy Node provides information "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that all analytical projections will manifest in the market as described.
Strategy analytics are tools for decision support, not a replacement for independent corporate due diligence or legal counsel within the JP/KR regulatory frameworks.
If you are issued access credentials for our premium market intelligence portals, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of those credentials. Any breach of security within your organization must be reported to info@seoulstrategynode.digital immediately.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seoul Strategy Node shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our strategy analytics platforms.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the user, if any, for accessing the specific report or service in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from the use of SeoulStrategyNode.digital shall be settled in the competent courts of Tokyo.
Service Continuity
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our node systems without prior notice. As market conditions in East Asia evolve, our terms will be updated to reflect necessary transparency and security standards.
